Ocean Club Resorts Elevates Guest Experience with Exclusive Amenities at Grace Bay Properties

Ocean Club Resorts, consisting of Ocean Club East and Ocean Club West along Grace Bay Beach, are excited to unveil a new phase in enhancing guest experiences by discontinuing the “Stay at One, Play at Both” concept. Both properties are renowned for their exceptional service and design that emphasizes the natural beauty of their settings, now focusing on tailored experiences for each location.

“As we continuously strive to exceed expectations and create an enhanced guest experience, it’s important to recognize that each of our properties—Ocean Club East and Ocean Club West—attracts a unique type of traveler,” said Tanya Duelfer, Managing Director of U.S. Operations of Ocean Club Resorts. “By retiring the ‘Stay at One, Play at Both’ concept, not only are we are able to create more personalized and memorable experiences that resonate with the needs of our guests, but can offer specialized amenities and activities that align with their preferences, while fostering deeper connections with our local surroundings.”

The previous model, which allowed guests to access facilities at both locations regardless of where they stayed, is being replaced with exclusive features for each resort. Notable upgrades include the addition of pickleball courts at Ocean Club East—matching those at Ocean Club West—as well as a new reception area, all set to provide a more comprehensive experience tailored to individual guest preferences.

Ocean Club East, situated beside the Provo Golf Club, offers a peaceful retreat with its private beachfront, making it ideal for families, retirees, solo voyagers, and couples on romantic trips or honeymoons. Conversely, Ocean Club West, positioned closer to the island’s bustling center, provides an authentic Turks and Caicos experience with easy access to local shops, dining, and activities, perfect for groups and families with teenagers.

As the resorts move away from the shared amenities system, guests will now enjoy an extensive range of activities at each property independently. Each resort features its own freshwater swimming pool, fitness center, poolside grills, and beach loungers, along with complimentary water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding.

Dining has also been tailored, with three distinctive restaurants across the two resorts. A shuttle service is available for guests desiring to dine at either location. Whether opting for the quiet beachside of Ocean Club East or the lively local atmosphere of Ocean Club West, guests are guaranteed outstanding amenities and personalized service, providing the perfect mix of tranquility and exploration.
